Privacy Policy
This policy explains what 2j-game.com.pk does with personal data, what it deliberately does not collect, and what you can ask us to do. It is written to be read rather than skimmed past, so it is longer than a boilerplate notice and considerably more specific.
1. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to the website published at 2j-game.com.pk and to nothing else. We are an independent affiliate publisher: we produce guides about the 2J Game slot platform, the 2J app and the 2J APK. We are not the operator of that platform.
The moment you follow an outbound link from this site to the operator’s lobby, you leave our website. Everything that happens after that — registration, deposits, gameplay, withdrawals, account verification — is governed by the operator’s own privacy policy and terms, not by this document. We have no visibility of, and no control over, the data you provide to them.
2. Who is responsible
2j-game.com.pk operates this website and is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Because we are a web publisher rather than a licensed operator, the volume of personal data we handle is deliberately small.
The fastest way to reach us about anything in this policy is our Telegram support desk at t.me/bbxxyyz, or the form on our contact page.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you give us voluntarily
If you use the contact form on this site, you choose to provide a name, an email address, a topic and a message. We use those details for one purpose only: to understand and respond to your enquiry. The form is a static, client-side form — it validates your input in your own browser and does not transmit it to a database on our servers.
If you contact us through Telegram instead, Telegram processes that conversation under its own privacy policy. We see whatever you send us in that chat, including your Telegram display name and username.
3.2 Technical information collected automatically
Like effectively every website, our hosting infrastructure records standard server logs when a page is requested. These typically include the IP address making the request, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page if there was one, and the browser user-agent string. Server logs are a normal by-product of serving a website and are used for security monitoring, abuse prevention and diagnosing faults.
3.3 Aggregate usage information
Where analytics are in use, we look at aggregated patterns — which pages are read, how visitors arrive, whether a guide is being abandoned halfway through. We are interested in whether a page is useful, not in who any individual reader is. We do not attempt to build a profile of an identified individual and we do not sell any data to anyone.
3.4 Local storage
Some interface preferences may be stored in your browser’s own local storage on your device. That data stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and can be cleared at any time from your browser settings.
4. What we do not collect
It is worth being explicit about the categories of data this website never touches, because it removes the ambiguity most privacy notices leave behind:
- We do not collect payment card numbers, bank details or wallet credentials.
- We do not collect gaming account usernames, passwords or one-time verification codes.
- We do not hold player funds and have no access to any balance or transaction.
- We do not collect government identity documents or verification material.
- We do not collect precise location data.
- We do not collect biometric data, health data or any other special category of data.
- We do not knowingly collect any data from anyone under 18 years of age.
If you are ever asked for any of the above by someone claiming to represent this website, you are being targeted by an impersonation attempt. Do not comply, and please report it to us.
5. Why we process data
We process the limited data described above for these purposes and no others:
- To answer you. If you write to us, we need your message and a way to reply.
- To keep the site available and secure. Server logs let us detect abuse, block attacks and diagnose faults.
- To improve our guides. Aggregate usage patterns tell us which explanations are working and which are not.
- To meet legal obligations. Where a law that applies to us requires us to retain or disclose something, we comply with it.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not profile individuals.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small text files a site can place on your device. This website is built as a set of static pages and uses cookies sparingly. Where cookies or comparable technologies are used, they fall into these groups:
- Strictly necessary. Required for the site to load and display correctly. These cannot be switched off without breaking the site.
- Preference. Remember interface choices you have made so the site behaves consistently on your next visit.
- Analytics. Help us understand aggregate traffic patterns. These never identify you personally to us.
- Affiliate attribution. When you follow an outbound link to the operator, the operator may set its own tracking so it can attribute the referral. That cookie belongs to the operator and is covered by the operator’s privacy policy.
You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Every major browser offers this, usually under Privacy or Site Settings. Blocking cookies may change how some parts of any website behave, including this one.
7. Third parties and outbound links
This website links to external destinations, principally the operator’s lobby and our Telegram channels. It also loads web fonts from a third-party font service so the site renders in the intended typefaces.
We are not responsible for the content, security or privacy practices of any external site or service. Each has its own privacy policy, and we would encourage you to read the ones that matter to you — particularly the operator’s, since that is where you will be entering real personal and financial information.
8. Data handled by the operator
When you register for a 2J Game account, the operator — not this website — collects and processes whatever it needs to run a gaming account. Typically that includes your name, date of birth, mobile number, payment details, identity verification documents, device information and a full record of your gameplay and transactions.
We do not receive any of that. We cannot look up your account, see your balance, retrieve a transaction, reset your password, unlock an account or process a withdrawal. For anything touching your account or your money, you must contact the operator’s support inside the app. If we could help with those things we would, but we genuinely have no access.
9. How long we keep data
- Correspondence. Kept only as long as needed to resolve your enquiry and to have a record of it if the same issue comes back, then deleted.
- Server logs. Retained for a short, rolling period for security and diagnostic purposes, then overwritten in the ordinary course.
- Aggregate analytics. Retained in aggregate, non-identifying form.
- Local storage. Stays on your device until you clear it. We cannot delete it for you.
Where a legal obligation requires a longer retention period, that obligation takes precedence over the periods above, and we retain only what the obligation actually requires.
10. Security measures
This website is served over HTTPS, so traffic between your browser and our server is encrypted in transit. Access to any administrative interface is restricted and protected. We keep the amount of personal data we hold deliberately minimal, on the straightforward principle that data you never collected cannot be breached.
No system connected to the internet can be guaranteed absolutely secure, and we will not claim otherwise. What we can commit to is minimising what we hold, protecting what we do hold, and telling you promptly if something goes wrong in a way that affects you.
11. Your rights
Subject to the law that applies to you, you may ask us to do the following with any personal data we hold about you:
- Access — ask what we hold and receive a copy of it.
- Correction — have inaccurate information corrected.
- Deletion — ask us to erase data we no longer have a reason to keep.
- Restriction — ask us to limit how we use it while a question is resolved.
- Objection — object to processing carried out on the basis of our legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent — where processing relies on consent, withdraw it at any time.
To exercise any of these, contact us through the contact page or our Telegram support desk. We will respond within a reasonable period, and we may need to confirm your identity first so that we do not disclose one person’s data to another.
These rights apply to data held by us. For data held by the operator about your gaming account, you must direct the request to the operator.
12. Age restriction
This website is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or over. It is not directed at children, contains no content designed to appeal to minors, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
If you believe a minor has provided information to us, contact us immediately and we will delete it. Parents and guardians who share a device with a minor should consider using device-level parental controls or content filtering software, which is far more effective than any age notice on a web page.
13. International transfers
The infrastructure that serves this website, and the third-party services it relies on, may be located outside Pakistan. Where information is processed in another country, we take reasonable steps to ensure it continues to be protected to a standard consistent with this policy.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site changes or as legal requirements evolve. When we do, we revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made prominent rather than slipped in quietly.
Continuing to use the site after a change takes effect means you accept the revised policy. If you do not accept it, please stop using the site.
